The "Chartlotse" app does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. There is no user account, no registration, no advertising, no analytics or tracking services and no connection to our servers. The app works entirely without an internet connection.
So that your learning progress is kept, the app stores the following data only locally on your device:
This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to us or to third parties. When you uninstall the app, it is deleted from the device.
On request, the app can remind you once a day to keep learning. This reminder is generated locally on your device – it is not a push notification sent from a server. Granting the notification permission is voluntary; you can revoke it at any time in your device's system settings. The app works fully without it.
When you download or update the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the respective provider processes data (e.g. account and device information). We have no influence on this processing. The providers' privacy policies apply:
This website is a purely static information page. It uses no cookies, no analytics services and no contact forms. When you visit it, the technical provider (host) automatically processes the connection data required for delivery (e.g. IP address) in its server logs; we have no influence on this.
